Return Window (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused / unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags (if applicable)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number / receipt)

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or improper packaging may be refused or may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@freevane.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos (recommended; required if the item arrived damaged/defective)

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization and return instructions, including the return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return addresses may vary by item—please wait for our instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

You have two options:

  1. Ship it yourself using your preferred carrier (we’ll provide the return address and instructions).
  2. Use our return label: we can provide a return shipping label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose to ship it yourself, please use a trackable service. Freevane is not responsible for returns lost in transit when shipped using a customer-arranged method.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get what you want is:

  1. Request a return for the item you have, and
  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@freevane.com as soon as possible (please include photos/video).

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right—typically by sending a replacement or offering an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the result.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@freevane.com .

Non-Returnable Items (Common Exceptions)

Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)
  • Items that are used, washed, heavily worn, or not in original condition
  • Items returned without authorization

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Return shipping costs follow the same rules stated above unless required otherwise by law.
